Dogfood run on t-578 showed reviewer agent reporting git unavailable and unable to execute required commands. Root cause: rewritten Omni/Ide/Workflows/reviewer.md and integrator.md lost workflow frontmatter/tools declarations, so agentd did not grant shell/read tools.
Fixed by restoring workflow frontmatter/tools for Omni/Ide/Workflows/reviewer.md and integrator.md so agentd runs with read/write/bash tooling instead of plain text-only responses.
