Create a reviewer agent workflow that: (1) Works in the test worktree. (2) Picks up tasks in 'review' status. (3) Fetches and checks out the t-XXX branch. (4) Runs tests, reviews the diff (single commit). (5) Approves (status -> approved) or rejects with comments (status -> open, which triggers the coder to produce a new patchset). Comments should be added via 'task comment'.
Rewrote Omni/Ide/Workflows/reviewer.md with patch-based review process: detached checkout of t-XXX, verify, then approve (approved) or reject (open) with task comments.
