Investigate agentd integration test mock pi output

Integration tests for Omni/Agentd/Daemon.hs time out waiting for summary/webhook because mock pi output doesn't get read (pi.log stays empty). Need to determine whether stdout buffering/pipe handling or test harness is at fault and restore coverage.
