Set up nightly full CI run via systemd timer on beryllium.
- Use git branchless test run over commit range since local tag ci-full-checkpoint
- Run ci --full via branchless test alias ci-full
- On failure, run agentd to investigate and open P0 task
- No notifications, no merge blocking
- Only care about origin/live
