Create Omni/Agent/AuditLog.hs with:

  • AuditLogEntry and AuditEventType types
  • writeAuditLog for appending to daily JSONL files
  • queryAuditLogs for searching logs
  • Log storage in _/logs/ava/ and _/logs/subagents/
