The retry banner has a special 'Human Notes/Guidance' textarea that stores notes in RetryContext.retryNotes. This is redundant with the existing comment system and has styling issues in dark mode.
Current behavior
- Retry banner shows special textarea for 'Human Notes/Guidance'
- Notes stored in retry_context.notes column
- Separate from task comments
Proposed change
- Remove the retry-notes-section from the retry banner (Web.hs ~lines 1852-1864)
- Remove the retry-notes-display section (Web.hs ~lines 1872-1878)
- Keep the 'Reset Retries' button
- Point users to the existing comment form for guidance notes
- Comments are already injected into agent context (t-184 done)
What to keep
- RetryContext.retryNotes field in Core.hs (for backward compat, don't break DB)
- The retry banner itself with attempt count, reason summary, conflict files
- Reset Retries button
Optional
- Add hint text to retry banner: 'Use comments below to provide guidance for retry'
- Could migrate existing retryNotes to comments on first load (probably overkill)
Files to modify
- Omni/Jr/Web.hs: Remove retry-notes-section and retry-notes-display
- Omni/Jr/Web/Style.hs: Can remove .retry-notes-section, .notes-textarea, .retry-notes-display styles (cleanup)
