Add Verified to the Status ADT in Omni/Task/Core.hs.
This status means "dev committed and bild passed, ready for integration."
Changes:
1. Add Verified to data Status (between Review and Approved, or replace the review/approved pair)
2. Add SQL serialization (ToField/FromField) for the new status
3. Add to all status parsing in Omni/Task.hs (doEdit, doList, doUpdate, parseStatus)
4. Add display in showTaskTree and printTask (use a distinct icon/color, e.g. [V] cyan)
5. Keep existing statuses working - this is additive only
