In Jr.hs autoReview function: after a task passes (Done), increase confidence of facts that were in context by 0.1 (cap at 1.0). After rejection, decrease confidence by 0.1 (floor at 0.1). Requires tracking which facts were used per task - add a 'facts_used' field to RetryContext or a separate table.
